Oversee CI/CD pipelines and GitLab processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Drive the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems for secure and streamlined operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Develop and execute a strategic technology vision that supports organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology initiatives with market needs.
Ensure high standards of code quality, system performance, and operational excellence in a high-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Python, API development, and GraphQL.
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
Deep knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems and security best practices.
Proven team-building and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
