Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
