Role Highlights:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Tax Manager will:
- Offer top-tier tax advice and strategic planning to diverse clients, helping them meet their financial objectives.
- Engage directly with clients for tax consultations, planning, and query resolution.
- Lead the development of tax-planning strategies and oversee complex tax return preparations.
- Foster an integrated service approach, ensuring seamless client service across different service lines.
- Maintain and enhance tax compliance and accuracy across individual, business, and entity tax returns, adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Stay abreast of tax law changes, conducting research to provide innovative solutions and internal team training.
- Drive the firm's growth through strong client relationships, new business development, and enhancing service offerings.
Requirements
What We Seek:
- CPA designation with completion of the In-depth tax program.
- Over 7 years of experience in tax advisory post-completion of the In-depth tax program.
- Profound knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, ASPE, and Canadian Taxation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
