Role Highlights:

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Tax Manager will:

Offer top-tier tax advice and strategic planning to diverse clients, helping them meet their financial objectives.
Engage directly with clients for tax consultations, planning, and query resolution.
Lead the development of tax-planning strategies and oversee complex tax return preparations.
Foster an integrated service approach, ensuring seamless client service across different service lines.
Maintain and enhance tax compliance and accuracy across individual, business, and entity tax returns, adhering to all relevant regulations.
Stay abreast of tax law changes, conducting research to provide innovative solutions and internal team training.
Drive the firm's growth through strong client relationships, new business development, and enhancing service offerings.

Requirements

What We Seek:

CPA designation with completion of the In-depth tax program.
Over 7 years of experience in tax advisory post-completion of the In-depth tax program.
Profound knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, ASPE, and Canadian Taxation.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
