We are in search of an Audit & Assurance Manager who not only shares our vision but is ready to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure outstanding service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and advising on business and process enhancements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, understanding the client's sector to provide insightful recommendations.
- Lead and manage assurance engagements, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within scope.
- Supervise and direct fieldwork, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, work in progress (WIP), and billing.
- Mentor and coach team members, enhancing their technical and professional skills.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- CPA designation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
- Proficiency in Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and/or Not-For-Profit Organizations (ASNPO).
- A solid foundation in business, accounting, and management principles.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience with accounting and tax software, such as CaseWare and TaxPrep, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, reflective of the role’s importance and the expertise we seek.
